About the Project
The client engaged in a covered-land play and has acquired a number of assets (multifamily, retail, office, vacant land, etc.) over many years, with a goal of aggregating a number of contiguous acres to ultimately redevelop. The current holdings equate to over 50-acres of land and is now being analyzed to commence the design and development process.
Assist in securing funding and master planning for development
The assets have already been acquired and the design process is presently being set in motion in conjunction withthe St. George Tax Increment Reinvestment ZOne and Redevelopment Authority. The TIRZ will have its board vote in June 2019 for the final approval of the Master Planning process for the “TIRZ Redevelopment District,” which includes ALL of the client’s Houston-based assets.
